To confirm a booking, we request 70% payment up front — bKash, bank transfer, or cash all work. The remaining 30% is due on the day of the event. Final payment can be completed up to 2 days after; premium-package quick looks are shared once that's settled.

We don't offer refunds for cancellations. If your date changes, let us know and we'll check the team's availability to see if we can still cover it.

Photographers work only at the venue and wrap by 11:30pm — place your chosen coverage hours anywhere before then. Keeping a photographer past 11:30pm carries an additional charge per the rates above.

Please make sure the bride, groom, and guest seating has adequate light. Have one family member on hand to help our photographers identify key guests. We ask for your cooperation on timing and access so we can do our best work.
